I used this car dealer last year when purchasing my car. What I can tell you about them is that they couldn't have helped me anymore during the buying process. Travelled 150 miles to purchase this car. Sales staff were lovely, as you'd expect! However, the after-sales staff leave something to be desired. I was very happy until not 24 hrs later the car's clutch slave cylinder went. Had difficulty to get Eddie Wrights to sort this out. Two weeks later the exhaust fell off, again very difficult to get sorted out. Days holidays wasted whilst my car was off the road. Didn't received an apology. To be honest I wouldn't use them again

Ok, was good when purchasing the car, very helpful. However, once purchased the car developed a fault. Now although I have to say they were very helpful in fixing and resolving this at no cost to myself i still had to take 2 days off holiday leave until resolved and cost myself half a tank of petrol. Maybe would help if they offered something in the form of compensation to ease issues like this
