After visiting Crowther Lodge Motor Company on 21st April to view their stock of camper vans. Steve the sales man was very helpful showing my wife and I round the van. We had set our eyes on. On the 28the I picked the van up again steve was very thorough with information everything about the van. Totally unfair trading practices, bait advertising and manipulating customers with misleading sales/offers. After a whole day of providing incorrect information and prices (also incorrect on webiste) about various vehicles, I was eventually offered an "offer" on a vehicle.... which they proceeded to grade up on their website to pretend the offer was applied - but actually it was all false. It jumped up in price online the moment they offererd the new price and back down to ts original price the moment I declined the offer. Totally misleading, tactical manipulation and all information on prices/offers is false in order to secure a sale. Avoid at all cost, they are breaking many trade rules to lure you in and lord knows what else - I'd have rated 0 if I could.
