An amazing experience at Hearsall Common Car Sales.

The Audi A3 is running well. When we collected the car, it looked as though it had just come out of the lot brand new, and we are really pleased with it. When we went to view the car, the petrol cap was broken, but they replaced it with a new one within an hour.

So far, so good. Everything has been absolutely fine and there is nothing to complain about. I dealt with a few different people at the dealership, and although I cannot remember their names, they answered all my questions. I am happy with the car and the process.

I recently purchased a VW Golf from Hearsall Common Car Sales and mechanically it has been spot on since the purchase. Everything was great, the only issue was that when I went to collect the car, it had already been agreed during the process that the curbed wheel would be fixed beforehand, but it wasn’t. However, they did repair it to a high standard at no extra cost to me, so I would give it 4 stars.

I am really happy with the car. The process at the dealership was straightforward, and I found the staff to be polite and friendly. I am missing a few things, such as my spare tyre, but hopefully this will be rectified. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Absolutely in love with my new Audi A1, it is such a great car, drives great, looks great, and I couldn't ask for anything more. The car was valeted for me and the customer service was good. There was a little bit of waiting around here and there, but nothing that affected the experience. I am having an issue with the aircon, which I think needs regassing as it isn't working at all. Apart from those minor things, I am still over the moon with this car and the dealership.

I would give a 10 if I could! Very happy with both my car and the service that I received, nothing to complain about, I would highly recommend and use again.

I am very pleased with my new car and was happy with all the customer service. It was a very straightforward and quick process to get the car with no hassle at all. However, I was told the car had a full service completed prior to the sale but when I took it to a mechanic he showed me that a service clearly had not been done recently and I also could not find any documentation to support that it had. A bit of honesty from the dealership would have gone a long way and would have kept the overall experience from being let down by this issue.
