Friendly staff sure, but terrible overall experience due to false advertising a car with a blown head gasket and other issues as "excellent condition". I have tried contacting them, but they don't respond, and their forms don't work, so I will be filing a formal complaint with the Ombudsman and following legal channels if they continue to not respond. I am so gutted as would have been the perfect car without much difficulty to buy. Now it's a nightmare.

Seen a vehicle advertised online , phoned up and then they held the car for me till I got there the next day , everything was as described , lovely well mannered staff and great hospitality , will be returning to midlands trade centre and will strongly recommend ;)

Midlands Trade Centre Ltd let me down big time. falsely advertised the car, deceptive pictures not to show scratches. Then offered me a discount if i purchase as a trade buyer via some CAR DEALERS CLUB company, but in return would mean i get no consumer rights!

Avoid like the plague, terrible cars, no work has been done on them, rude when asking for money back without getting it

Upon arrival, after a 480 mile drive, I was warmly greeted in a friendly atmosphere and offered much needed refreshments. The sprinter van was even better than expected, just as it had been described. Immaculately valeted, as are all their vehicles I saw, and ready to go. I was given the space to view the van in my own time. Traded in car for a fair price, bought van and drove it the 480 miles home, sweet as a nut. These are good guys, respected, recommended

I would not recommend this car garage to anyone at all. I went to see a Mondeo that Midlands Trade Centre had advertised on eBay as it looked really good and there website looked professional. When I called there office he said everything is excellent with it and has no problems, which sounded very trusting. But Once me and my boyfriend got there we saw it had an oil leak, 3 of tyres were clearly bold making it illegal to drive, and the airbag light was also lit up on dash (which the man there claimed just came on). Midlands Trade Centre wasted my time. Falsely advertised it to look appealing. I wouldn't trust them at all.

WENT TO SEE A CORSA THEY HAD UP FOR SALE AT MIDLANDS TRADE CENTRE LTD. I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT STAFF. I ASKED ABOUT WARRANTY. He said its sold as seen unless I purchase one. Which was in fact just a cheap worthless 3rd party cover with a £250 limit. Don't expect anything quality from these guys. When I was there another customer was also arguing with the sales guy too. IT APPEARS LIKE A PLACE THAT JUST HAS A NICE WEBSITE SO BE CAREFUL.

The car advertised was in poor condition with a cracked bumper which was strangely missed off on the advertised picture. The bumper was heavily damaged, however the salesman stated he could spray it over for one hundred pounds. The forecourt was just a scrapyard with damaged and poor quality cars. A wasted journey. Steer clear of Midlands Trade Centre.
