Upgraded to a Vauxhall Mokka because I wanted something that was a bit more roomy, as I've got kids. Previously had an '08 Citroën, so I am definitely noticing the difference. At the dealership, they were all lovely and very friendly. They kept me updated. and made sure everything was sorted, including the MOT and things like that before I picked the car up. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I came across Mount Vernon Motors while browsing on AutoTrader. I wasn’t looking for anything specific, and then I found the Audi A3 I’ve been really enjoying so far, and whilst I was at the dealership, they were easy to talk to and good overall.

The Audi A5 has been sweet, everything on the day was fine, and I would recommend it to others.

The Mokka has been really good, and I’ve not had any issues to raise, even after having the car for 3 months. I’d been looking for an SUV-type car that was affordable and reliable, and this one kept coming up, so when I saw it within my budget at Mount Vernon Motors, I was quite impressed and decided to go for it. My experience at the dealership was very good. Everything was straightforward. Nothing negative to say.

I would rate my experience as a 5 as that's as the highest choice I would say 10 as for why went above and beyond what was necessary even though the car had a full MOT with no advisories your own workshop decided to fit new brakes and brake discs all round at no extra cost and even helped tax the car before I left excellent service and would recommend anyone looking for a car to go here

Great service, quick & easy, Great people too

Came across the dealership while just browsing on there website, I was in the area and wanted to pick something up before I went home. They had the specific Mercedes was looking for and when I went to see it in person I was pleased to see that I hadn't been mislead everything was 100% as it was shown online. I have already done about 2000 miles in it and everything has been perfect.

I have had a few Land Rover Discovery's in the past, I find them to be good reliable vehicles. Which is why I went for one again just a newer one than my previous so it was a nice little upgrade for myself! I have been very pleased with it and of course not had any problems. I was very impressed with my first time using Mount Vernon, I dealt with 2 gentleman, they got everything completed quick and efficiently and were both equally as helpful. For my first time using this dealership I would definitely give them a 5 star rating.
