Nina was very helpful, secured me finance at a reasonable rate, was always quick to respond to queries and was very accommodating when i came down to test drive the car and sign all the documents, great service from these guys!

5 as the company dealt with me very well. They explained the whole process slowly and clearly plus had a lot of patience as I'm not very techy. Great overall will be dealing with them again possibly in the future. The man that delivered the car i brought to me was also very helpful and showed me around the car to make sure I understood that it was road ready. I have bad credit in the passed but got a good deal and only actually pay out 180 a month which is the same price as just leasing a car. The staff are so good ill be happy to use you again

The gent who assisted me at Rightdrive was lovely and really knew his stuff. Everyone at the dealership was accommodating and went out of their way to make everything as easy as possiblE, and even took my part exchange off my hands with no hassle. I needed to replace the brake pads shortly after purchase which was a bit concerning as the MOT had no advisories, but this was down to the third-party MOT station rather than the dealership itself. I'd happily return and recommend and I'm really pleased with my new car.

I’ve had a couple of minor ongoing issues with the car, but Rightdrive have been great in working with me to get them resolved so I can’t really complain. The staff have been very responsive (even after the sale) and super helpful throughout. I’m leaving this 4-star review as a way of saying thank you for their efforts. My new Ford Kuga's actually the first 4X4 I've ever owned. I don't know why I've not made the change sooner as I love it and think it's amazing. I assumed it'd be slower as it's bigger and heavier, but it's actually really nippy haha! Nothing was too much trouble for the team at Rightdrive. They made me feel welcome from the minute I arrived and the lady who helped me with the finance side of things was lovely. I'd never had finance before and naturally had lots of questions, but she walked me through everything step by step and made sure everything was crystal clear at all times. Excellent service!
