All of the repairs were completed in a day, which I thought was brilliant. I'd give it 4 and not 5 only because some parts could not be sourced, so we had to pay the difference for the cost. Other than that, all good.

The work was authorised and paid for through Volvo, which is good, although there were a few things that I found unnecessary. TMO requested that the invoice from Volvo be in their name, as they are paying for it, although I had to pay Volvo myself and then wait a week for the money to be reimbursed. So I'd give it 3 stars based on what I mentioned and the fact the work was authorised, completed and paid for eventually.

I went to my own garage for the repairs on the Ford Transit, I was impressed with the process as a whole, to be honest. The warranty provider covered up to £50 an hour of labour, so I only had to pay a little extra.

So far I believe the repairs have been done to a good standard, as the issue has been resolved. The work was actually completed before it was authorised through The Motoring Organisation, I've had no headache regarding it so far, so I've got no reason not to give it 5 out of 5.

Had an issue with my door mirror motor, it has since all been fixed and running back how it should. The warranty covered most of the work apart from the replacement of the actual mirror itself. I had to pay for that, I didn't mind to much as everything else was covered and the claim process itself was fine and explained to me. I 'd rate a 4/5.

Super easy and quick process, when the issue came up I took my car back to the garage I got it from they went through the warranty for me, didn't have to pay a thing the warranty covered it all. It was hassle free, everything was done and dusted within a couple of hours and my vehicle has been fine since.
