AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!I would strongly advise anyone who is considering buying a vehicle from this Car Centre to AVOID at all costs. I have been sold a BWM 1 series that is categorically unfit for the road and has major safety faults. On each attempt I have made to engage with the dealer they have failed to rectify the faults and caused further damage to the vehicle. This has been a long 5 month process where by I have been left with a car that I can't drive, I have paid out significant costs for independent engineers, all of which confirm the car was sold unfit for purpose and in breach of the sales of good act. The matter is now proceeding through the legal system and through the County Courts. Take my advice, avoid them at all costs. Looks like it has new ownership following the allegations, appears the new owners know the square root of jack all about consumer rights, sales of good act, or basic safety standards when it comes to vehicles. They are a disgrace and should not by law be allowed to trade.

Very pleased with my car, I was dealt with very professionals by Tony. Car was prepared to very high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with this Wavertree Car Centre again.

Traveled all the way from Worcester to this dealer as my wife found a car that she had been looking for in a certain colour for months. Was made very welcome, all the guys are polite, very professional and we could see that they sold "Quality". thanks guys the wife is well pleased with the DS3.

I am pleased with my BMW from Wavertree car Centre. it was nice and clean and in good condition and up to now I have had no major issues with it. The car didn't quite match its description but it's good value for money. i would recommend.

I have recently purchased an almost new BMW from wavertree car centre, and was pleasantly surprised. The salesman was the same one I had dealt with buying two previous BMWs at a main BMW dealer. His name is Tony craney, I found him to be very professional,and approachable, and a pleasure to do business with.

I bought a 3 series BMW from Wavertree Car Centre. Having contacted them prior to my visit I was helped by Gary Muskett and from the outset he was extremely helpful. At no time did I feel under pressure to buy, he had the car ready for me to view, which I did, at my own time. Throughout the whole experience he was professional, courteous and respectful dealing with all my questions and anxieties, giving me advice on changing number plates and road tax. A highly enjoyable time, great place with a great range of cars.

This was our first time at Wavertree Car Centre, and was very pleased from the start. We met Gary on our arrival, and he showed no sales pressure whatsoever. Glad to say we found our car pretty quick, and started the sale. I cant praise Gary enough for his help and commitment he showed us both, again with no sales patter. We found a couple of chips on the car , and Gary agreed to get the work done foc. Excellent car and outstanding service from Gary. Thanks

Really great dealership with very helpful staff. I have had my car for a while now and up to now I have only had one small issue with one of the wipers but when I took it back they sorted it out for me free of charge which was great, I am really happy and I would but from here again.
