Bought a BMW 3 series from Roadstar this weekend, the service was impeccable from start to finish, dealt with the salesman named Joseph and he went out of his way to get the deal done.
Brilliant service and a brilliant company would highly recommend to anyone who wants a high class car.
Will definitely be back for my next car.

Really poor service, we were lied to & almost cheated out of £500! Told car was taxed it wasn't. Manager doesn't care, not interested with a poor attitude. Will never use this company again!

Good communication pre sale which was good.
Car was in as described condition. Interior could have been a bit cleaner. could have given the car £10 worth of fuel with the price being paid for it...

I bought a car from Roadstar Automobiles. They told me the missing owner’s manual would be posted to me, nothing arrived. I called them and was told they’d send it, nothing arrived. I was told I had a 3 month AA warranty. I emailed Roadstar customer care department with a warranty claim, no reply. So I called them, was told their customer care department would be in contact, no contact. It appears that once you leave their premises they don’t want to know.

Absolutley agree with this reviewer shocking after sales service, also the AA warranty is useless..
Car purchased from Roadstar, has many faults that could be easily fixed.
Complaint was made the next day after purchase and nearly 1 year later, still no resolve.
This company has NO complaints procedure, NO after sales service despite what their website states.
Never trust this company, they DO NOT CARE, make a complaint and they will NEVER take you seriously, they will run rings around you for months with their nonsense responses.
If you doubt this review, please contact Trading Standards and ask them ....

My son found the car he wanted on line, a focus ST and quickly arranged a viewing. We were looked after on arrival and the car was clean but did have to be “got out” to test drive. My son was happy and the car was ready to go so he purchased that same day. There was a problem when we got the car home in the fact that the the tyres kept going down (all 4) so I rang up and explained the situation, the lady immediately organised for a tyre pressure and leak test to be carried out that same day.. I took it down and it was found they were all leaking so replacement valves were fitted and paid for by roadstar. Extremely happy and would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Very good experience for me today with Roadstar. Very pleased with my new car and how I was looked after by Joseph. The only thing that could be improved upon arrival is assistance from the staff with where to park your vehicle there are not many options when it’s busy.
