I’m happy with the Ford Transit from Herts and Essex, I don’t remember the young lad's name but they were sound.

All the guys were really polite & friendly and all the cars were immaculate. I didn’t catch their name but someone was very kind enough to reverse my new Discovery out of the dealership for me so I didn't dink it on anything! My experience at Herts and Essex was good - No complaints!

The overall experience I’ve had at Herts & Essex and the buying process were both fine. I'm currently in the process of sorting out a engine management light that came on with the dealership and the warranty, the car is booked in for diagnostics with an independent garage. I would have given 5 stars if they willing to budge on any discount ha! I would definitely buy from them again.

The Seat is brilliant its all gone absolutely fine, to be fair It’s my first time buying from a dealership, so I never really experienced it before. Herts and Essex had the car I wanted at the right price. It felt pretty straight forward, really friendly and nice guys and they answered all my questions!

I went online to car gurus, and I told them what I wanted, and they found a selection of cars for me. I did hear about Herts and Essex Motors before, I went up to have a look, and the guys were brilliant and advised me what to go for. I’m loving the Range Rover. They seemed to know what they were talking about, the knowledge these guys had they knew the background and checked it all as well. I’d give it a five defiantly I’ve actually recommended them to a couple people!

I was more than happy with Charles who I dealt with, he did everything he said he would. All I had to do on the day was turn up, sign some paper work and leave with the car. The dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly. there is no reason not to give them the highest mark.

Herts & Essex had the exact Mercedes GLS I was looking for, the car initially had some issues however they did their best to fix them. I came in there late afternoon, the guys were nice and flexible. The overall experience was good.

The Ford Transit is perfect exactly as it was seen on the website. The service from Herts and Essex was really good totally happy with it all, in fact I’ll probably buy another one in the future. It was worth the travel the van was immaculate. The service from one of the owners I think it was. He was a young lad and he was wonderful. five stars right up there with one of the best services I’ve had in years.

The guys at Herts & Essex Motor Company were very friendly and the purchase of the car was quick and efficient. They were happy to help with any query that I had & it was great service from the first point of contact to driving the car home. Although we did have an issue with the used car initially - they arranged to have this fixed at a time convenient to me & offered a courtesy car for the inconvenience. I’d definitely recommend to others looking to purchase a vehicle.
