I recently purchased a BMW 320 M Sport from JP Motor Trade and have been enjoying it. I would give my experience at the dealership 5 out of 5. When I went to collect it, the car was valeted, clean, and ready to go.

The Nissan Pulsar we purchased in July is used every day and has been great. The customer service was fantastic from start to finish, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people.

It was a perfect experience. The sales guys were really friendly - honestly it was the easiest way to buy a car.

There was an issue with payment initially - they put me through to a company to take a payment and they couldn't take it. I went through JP Motor Trade because the process seemed easier such as getting the car delivered, but it turns out that wasn't available so I had to pick it up. The experience wasn't what I was expecting but it was fine.

I would give JP Motor Trade a 5. The communication was smooth and the whole experience was made easy and trustworthy- I drove off the next day.

I'm enjoying the car - sometimes the spare key doesn't work though which is strange. The staff were very good, very kind, I booked the delivery for the Saturday but they brought it forward to the Friday due to a family emergency which I really appreciated. If I need a new car in the future that's where I would go.

Everything was really smooth on the day, no issues at all. I'm really enjoying the car!

They worked really hard to get me a good finance deal and sorted out my part ex too. Nothing but good things to say - it was a great experience with them.

The car is good and so were the staff. I'd definitely consider going back in the future.
