My experience buying the Hyundai Tucson back in February was okay. We had to wait a while to collect the car. Other than that, the salesman was helpful, and the Tucson is running well.

No complaints at all with the customer service it was good. The car is driving well so far no issues at all. I did have a small issue but I fixed that.

My experience was good, it was smooth no complaints. I will say they were abit late on sending me my deposit back, but it is all fine now. Their customer service was really good no complaints again. Overall, just very accommodating and open to all my questions.

LMC customer service was okay it was fine, I found the MG that I liked so I paid and picked it up as I came from a far place. I came and got the car and it was all clean.

The Audi A3 has been perfect. I found LMC while looking on AutoTrader, and I was specifically searching for the A3 at the time. I couldn’t fault it, to be honest.

I didn’t like my old car, so I fancied a change, I went to see the GLC at LMC and I fell in love with the car. The only negative experience I had was when there was a fault with the car which I found out afterwards and couldn’t get through to the team so I would have appreciated more communication. Apart from that, the guy who helped me was quite helpful with the finance.

Everything has been absolutely fine so far with LMC. It was quite straight forward whilst I was at the dealership, Paul who dealt with me was great.

My new Polo has been great. In regard to my experience at the dealership, it is better than any other dealership I have been to in the past. They were really nice they answered all of my questions and talked us through everything properly. Would definitely recommend.
