I was looking on AutoTrader for a car that was similar to my last one, and I needed it quickly. I've had no problems whatsoever, and the service was brilliant.

Recently bought a Rav 4 from Nuneaton as they were local and I liked it, the after sales could be a bit better with replying with emails, however when I was there they were good and patient with me.

This was my first time using Nuneaton Car Sales after finding them online, when I first went to see the car it was in the bad snow we had and they were really accommodating, Ivan the guy who was helping me he was really good and very complimentary. The Jaugar is running fine since I have had it and I'm really happy with it, the colour attracted me the most is the rare British racing green which I'm really happy about.

I don't drive the vehicle myself that we got from Nuneaton but the man that does drive it for the business has no complaints. Lewis the salesman was very good, professional and I would use them again based on this experience.

I don't change my car very often and this one just came up as I was looking, Adam the salesman seemed like a good lad, everything was all done quickly. There was a couple of bits nothing major that I had to chase them up on afterwards but that was all sorted, just a little inconvenient having to get back in touch to get this sorted.

We have been getting on well with the Vauxhall Grandland, it is a good car. We have noticed a potential issue with it struggling to start when it is cold. In regard to the experience at the dealership, there were absolutely no problems, and they were very professional.

When I bought my Hyundai from Nuneaton Car Sales, Tristan was helping me and he was amazing, he made the whole process straightforward and I have no problems at all. I have had quite a few cars in the past with some issues so I was a little nervous but Tristan helped put me at ease. Two weeks after buying the car a engine check light came on, I called the dealership straight away but due to me going away the next day we decided that I would call them back when I was back, but the light has completely disappeared. Ill still give them a call to discuss, but taking everything into consideration I would 100% buy from them again. Tristian deserves a well done!

It was all quite good buying our car from Nuneaton Car Sales, the only bit of feedback I would give is the valet wasn't very good to be honest it was quite dirty. Jack who dealt with us though was good, he was nice and polite, I followed up because I didn't get the service documents for the last service they did and he pushed that through to me.

So far, my Polestar is driving really well. We needed a 2nd car as I sold my previous car, because I was about to have a baby so we went down to one car, then at the end of my partner's maternity leave, we wanted to buy another car again and knew what we were looking for. I looked around online and saw Nuneaton Car Sales had several fully spec’d Polestars at really good prices, so they were the best choice. They made everything really quick & easy and didn't take to long.

A family member used Nuneaton a couple of years ago, so thought I'd give them a try, as they had a couple of Tesla's which I was after. They talked me through the car, also showed me other priced options and I found them to be friendly not pushy, excellent customer service.
