I found the staff friendly and helpful. The salesman I spoke to didn't put pressure on me to buy the car and only offered the extras - without forcing them on me.

I bought a BMW 320i from Southern in Feb 2018. They have a very relaxed approach and are don't do the hard sell. You do need to ask a few questions to clarify car specs as they really don't push cars on you. Very easy to do business with and cars are well priced. Tim is good to work with.

It can feel like a bit of a gamble buying a used car however it didn't feel like this at Southern Car Sales. Friendly, efficient and great customer service from all staff and a good range of cars to choose from. I would highly recommend.

Buying by remote is always a worry, but Southern Car Sales were helpful and reassuring in their answers to requests for further details, information and photos. Nothing was too much trouble and the car lived up to its description and expectations. Highly recommended.
