I am loving the Suzuki Swift I bought, its a great little car. Very nice to drive, great handling and just the right size. Its running well, no issues at all. So far so good. I shopped around for some time online and decided to view and test drive this one, I'm glad I did! The whole process was quick and easy, they got everything sorted in good time. The staff were very helpful, any questions I had they answered and they were very responsive when contacting. I would be happy to buy from Herts and Essex Motor Company again in the future.

I was lucky enough to find a Scania R450 at Herts and Essex Motor Co - its not the most common vehicle to buy from a used car dealership. The truck is spot on. No issues at all. The guy I dealt with was brilliant, highly recommend the dealership.

The customer service provided couldn't have been better, everybody I spoke to during the sale was helpful, friendly and very informative. I purchased an Audi A1, and I'm really happy with it. The car is currently back with Herts and Essex Motor Company at the minute, the windscreen needs replacing, the dealership were fantastic about it. They got me booked in when they could and have given me a courtesy car to use in the mean-time - they were extremely helpful with the issue - no quibble. I'm impressed to see the after sales service is just as good as the sales service. Definitely recommend.

I bought a Nissan Qashqai recently, it's a great car. I've not had any problems at all with the car, its been great since buying.

I bought a fantastic BMW 220, its surprisingly comfortable inside, very nice to drive. The 2 lads that looked after me, were brilliant, very helpful and they certainly got me sorted out with what I wanted. My son found the car for me, I told him what I wanted and he shopped around, the one at Herts and Essex was by far the best he found for me. We went down to view and I was not disappointed. I would happily purchase again for the dealership - they were fantastic all round.

A real smooth process, everything was done on time, staff very helpful and quick, over-all a fantastic service provided by Herts and Essex Motor Company. I purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLA, the car is perfect, I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it. I will be looking for a 4x4 in next few months so I will definitely give the dealer a call to see what they have - highly recommend the garage.

Absolutely love the new car I purchased from the dealership. The service was great. There was a short wait on the documents been completed, but other than that, everything went very smoothly. I would happily recommend and buy here again. Really happy with the car.

I was helping my cousin find a car, and I was purchasing on his behalf. We went to view a Mercedes C-Class in Essex, it wasn't as described and on the off chance, we drove past Herts and Essex Motor Company and saw a lovely looking C-Class on the forecourt. We went in and enquired. The car looked in top condition, my cousin loved it. We didn't even test drive, we agreed the sale there and then. The fella who looked after us was top notch, he sorted us out very quickly, extremely helpful and welcoming. Since buying my cousin has been loving the Merc. We would both happily recommend this dealership, they was highly accommodating considering the short notice we gave them. This is my cousin first 'proper' car, so he is over the moon.
