A real smooth process, everything was done on time, staff very helpful and quick, over-all a fantastic service provided by Herts and Essex Motor Company. I purchased a Mercedes-Benz GLA, the car is perfect, I'm thoroughly enjoying driving it. I will be looking for a 4x4 in next few months so I will definitely give the dealer a call to see what they have - highly recommend the garage.

I was helping my cousin find a car, and I was purchasing on his behalf. We went to view a Mercedes C-Class in Essex, it wasn't as described and on the off chance, we drove past Herts and Essex Motor Company and saw a lovely looking C-Class on the forecourt. We went in and enquired. The car looked in top condition, my cousin loved it. We didn't even test drive, we agreed the sale there and then. The fella who looked after us was top notch, he sorted us out very quickly, extremely helpful and welcoming. Since buying my cousin has been loving the Merc. I bought my car a couple of months back, it was a very strange experience buying a car during Covid, however herts and essex had put all the correct measures in place for both customers and staff,. They ensured it was safe for customers, and we did feel safe when visiting the showroom. The Mercedes I bought is brilliant, drives well and looks really neat. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd use them again and tell others about them for sure.

Absolutely love the car. I went from a 2003 Corsa to a nearly new Volkswagen Polo, its incredible. It looks smart, clean and to say I'm enjoying driving it, would be an understatement. It did go back for some work, but the dealer was extremely helpful and got it sorted really quickly. I've taken the Toyota for a few long distant journeys since buying and its running really well with no issues. I found the car online first and then went to view it, it was an easy and simple process. I test drove, decided I wanted the car and everything was sorted from there.
