The buying process was absolutely fine didn't have any problems at all, the golf I got is my first car, I am really enjoying it, great vehicle! I went to a few other known dealerships prior to coming here and they were just no good. The thing that stood out to me about Distinct is that there was no pressure on the sale, it was super easy. The staff were honest and approachable and it is what I wanted out of a car buying experience. full 5 stars from me!

The customer service was really good, when we were out on a test drive a warning popped up for low tyre pressure, we couldn't find the issue so they pumped all the tyres and said if we have any further issues to give them a call and they will send out a tyre repair kit to us which was really appreciated and gave us confidence in buying. Any queries I had while or after purchasing the car they were able to answer in detail, they were quick to answer the phone and to emails also. I have had to replace a few of the tyres since having the car which is a bit frustrating, however everything else is fine and we even drove the car down south for christmas without any issues so I am pleased overall.

John was a very nice guy, very helpful and made sure the buying experience went smoothly for me. There wasn't any delays it was a quick turnaround. I remember on the day I picked it up there was a power cut which meant they couldn't clean the interior for me, however I wasn't bothered by this at all as it was already really clean I didn't think it needed a deep valet. All the staff I spoke to came across as welcoming. I have already done a couple of thousand miles in the car with no issues so I am very pleased and would consider using this dealership again in the future.

Dealt with John at Distinct Motors who wasn't pushy at all, left us to it and we went ahead with buying our Peugeot 108. Still waiting for the V5 but other than that everything was great
