Went with my partner and after a test drive etc she bought a Mercedes SLK from Grant. Lovely car and seemed like a nice lad Grant. No reason to disbelieve when he said there were 4 new tyres on the car worth £800 and with a not-too-distant MOT that was not the case. Two months later after getting a nail in a tyre, a garage said all four tyres were dangerous and needed to be changed asap, a second garage confirmed this and changed out all four tyres at a cost of £600. Made me look foolish for not checking the tyres closely myself at the time but as I said "seemed like a nice guy".

This is very disappointing to read. I’ve checked my records and this car was sold 4 months ago (not the 2 months which you have stated) and this is the first I’ve heard of this issue so I’m confused at the 1 Star which you have awarded for resolving issues. I have access to the archived advert and there is no mention of 4 new tyres. I also have access to the RAC report we have on the car from when we purchased it and all 4 tyres had between 5/6mm of tread at point of sale (happy to provide this to you if you get in touch) I suspect the tyre condition has been exaggerated to sell you a new set of tyres which is what is Poor here.

The tread on the tyres was not the problem it was the cracking on the side walls, two totally independent different garages said the tyres needed replacing, and the first garage said it was urgent and unsafe to drive the car. Do you really think my partner spent £600 on tyres for no reason?
It wasn't advertised as having 4 new tyres it was when we were standing admiring the car you said "And there are 4 new tyres fitted on the car thats at least £800 worth".
I am assured messages from my partner to you were not replied to on this issue. So it remains as a "1"

Bought a 3 series BMW coupe from Grant at Performance Ecosse. Got a great trade in price and the car we bought is in exceptional condition. From start to finish Grant was unbelievably helpful and flexible, as we were travelling to the area to fly off in holiday, so he took the car to the Hotel at the airport for us to look at. Everything done and dusted quickly and professionally before we left on our trip. I would definitely recommend Grant and his team.

So, I'm not local to this dealership but I was very interested in a car they had (a Daihatsu Copen). It was incredibly low mileage and great value for what it was. The issue - I was 200 miles and a ferry trip away.
Grant, the dealer, was very friendly and accommodating, willing to meet me halfway in Inverness to deliver the car. The only problem that arose was out of both our control, as the ferry broke down the day I was supposed to head down. Thankfully Grant was very understanding, held the car for another week for me and we managed then to make the deal.
He continued to excel on his service once in person, going through the car's operations and its many quirks, and walked me through the process of taxing the vehicle, the v5c and the warranty.
A friendly, informative and understanding gent from start to finish, made the buying experience absolutely painless. Could not recommend enough.

Found my dream car at Performance Ecosse had to ask grant if he could do a trade in as I couldn’t afford it otherwise. Grant was extremely helpful and could not be nicer. The deal was done and I’m over the moon. Big thank you to Grant for all his help 👍 I would definitely to business With Performance Ecosse again 😀👍

Grant at Ecosse Ltd was very accommodating and professional. Pick up from the Airport was swift and the communication was second to none. He answered all my questions and went the extra mile to make sure I was buying the right vehicle ( apologies again for getting the GTI dirty). Easy to talk to, no pressure deal. It was like buying a car from a long life friend. Highly recommend, I would visit Ecosse again if I need a car change 100%.
