The fault I am having is electrical, we took it to one garage who couldn't fix it, the warranty company then referred us to another garage who explained that wouldn't be covered as it was an electrical fault. I'd rate my experience a 3 out of 5, I felt the staff at TMO were nice enough, however there was a lot of waiting around just to be disappointed. We are now booked into the a Jaguar dealership to get it resolved. The Jaguar garage does have a long wait, so I just think if the warranty would have made it clear from the start it wouldn't have been covered it would have saved time, it is just an unfortunate situation which is why I think a 3 star is fair.

When the issue occurred I went directly to The Motoring Organisation, it was super quick to get a hold of them. From the get go they were really helpful didn't have any issues, the issue I had was booked in and fixed within a week, I did have to pay and then get reimbursed. I got the car back on a weekend and got the payment from back early the following week. It was a no drama process, couldn't have gone more perfect. Would highly recommend.

Super easy process, just went straight through the garage were I bought the car from, they sorted everything for me, filled in the claim on my behalf. I didn't have to pay anything towards getting the issue fixed or labor fees and I got my car back within a few hours. 5 stars.

Spot on service couldn't fault. The claims process was easy, the guy I spoke to on the phone was brilliant, very clear in everything he was saying, and gave me all the information I needed. I did have to cover some of the cost but it was understandable and I am happy with how everything has gone. Nice and quick and smooth no problems. 10 out of 5!

My comments on the warranty was a bit negative because you paid for the broken part to the vehicle which was the computer but you did not pay for the cause of the broken part, which you said was common fault but Tesla advised this is not common and does not tell us or give us a warning. So in summary I was not fully satisfied as I'm paying for this warranty. Hope you can review this and advise. Thanks Diane

My warranty with The Motoring Organisation did exactly what it was supposed to do and I’m now back on the road without facing a big repair bill. The claims process was easy and the advisors were helpful, but there was a bit of back and forth when it came to sorting out the payment which caused some slight delays… but the main thing is the car’s fixed and all costs were covered in full.
