The MG is running alright it’s all fine which is more than I can say for my old one, it had given up haha. This is a little bit newer, little bit bigger and we were shopping around between 2 models this MG and the Peugeot and they were cheapest on both. We had a guy called Joe and his service and aftercare was good, we had some issues with finance and he sorted that too.

Everything has been mostly alright with MotorTrust. There were a few issues at the start linked to the handbrake & windscreen washers, but the garage took care of everything for me. I'd been looking for a Kia Sportage for a bit and it seemed like a good deal compared to other places. Mark was good and was very helpful with everything I needed!

I dealt with Ben who provided a great service, he was polite, professional and helpful supporting me with the purchase of my vehicle.

I rate my purchase a 3/5 this is for multiple reasons. 1. The car had the incorrect type of wheel / valve fitted from the dealership to the front driver's side which caused a tyre pressure sensor fault that would not clear. This resulted in me having to go to Star Tyres in preston for the correct wheel to be fitted and the fault was fixed. However the cost was covered by motortrustUk wich is a positive. 2. From the dealership the car was detailed / cleaned with some sort of wax coating that was poorly applied and caused the car to have this thick grey stubborn film layer of grime that would not go away untill profesionally cleaned by a detailer. The wax also was left splattered on the wheel alloys. 3. The car had a few scratches to the paintwork on places such as the edge of the doors and top of the boot at the back. These were pointed out to me by motortrust before my purchase so I was aware of these defects from the start wich I appreciated. My only problem was that motortrust said they would cover / fix these scratches before I picked up the car. The door scratches hadnt been touched at all and the boot scratch at the back was poorly covered. The scratches could have been fixed better. Overall these were my only issues with my purchase. If I had not encountered these my rating would have been a 5.

It’s been a good experience, we had a few issues with the sensors being a little funny and some noise underneath the car, but Motortrust were good and got this sorted for us. This was the first car for my misses we were first looking at the Corsa but decided to go for the A Class because their deals were good. We dealt with Tom and his service was really good, we'd give them a 5
