My salesperson Tom, took the time to answer all my questions, let me test drive multiple vehicles, and explained everything clearly. The buying process was smooth, the pricing was transparent, and I never felt pressured into add-ons I didn’t want. Financing was straightforward, and they even helped me get a better rate than I expected.

Excellent service from Tom.R at Oakdene when purchasing our new vehicle. The specification is what drew us to the vehicle initially and looking at the stock profile it was clear that the vehicles they were selling weren't your usual run of the mill vehicles. The process was smooth and whilst different it worked for us with Oakdene being over 100 miles away from us. Car was as described if not better and the presentation under the LED lights allowed us to inspect the vehicle in peace without any pressure. Overall, 10/10 experience and we will be purchasing our next vehicle from Oakdene.

Buying from Oakdene was one of the most stressful, time-wasting experiences I’ve ever had with any company, in any industry. From the outset, the process was riddled with broken promises, poor communication, and a complete absence of professional standards. The car supplied was not fit for purpose, causing me significant inconvenience and leaving me hundreds of pounds out of pocket in travel and related expenses. The finance company that funded the purchase investigated and upheld my complaint — yet Oakdene have refused to refund my out-of-pocket costs, forcing me to take further action. I now have a County Court Judgment (CCJ) against them, which says everything you need to know about how they operate and how they treat their customers. A reputable dealership stands by its products and takes ownership when things go wrong. Oakdene did neither. Instead, they passed blame, delayed responses, and left me chasing for basic resolution. In my experience, their idea of customer service is to sell you the problem and then walk away from it. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere. There are countless dealers who will treat you with honesty, transparency, and respect. Sadly, Oakdene Cars is not one of them.

Excellent buying experience, brilliant communication from start to finish, thanks Tom! The team were great, the car (BMW M4 Competition) is unbelievable. I will absolutely look to buy from them again. Worth mentioning, no aggressive sales tactics either which was refreshing.

Looking for a Audi sq5 and found one at Oakdene. Put £300 deposit to hold. Everything went as planned but changed our minds at last minute so pulled out, We thought Jason would be annoyed because he had prepared the car for us but no he was ok with it. We apologised and got our deposit back. Very professional. Would deal with Oakdene in the future.
