The car was clean tidy, everything has been spot on, all time frames met and I was never left wondering, constantly updates and great communication from Bill. I would recommend PPM to anyone looking to buy a new car, for the first time I've bought a car and I had no issues along the way! I am over the moon with the service I have received and highly recommend. My car started to beep after a few weeks however I took it back to Bill down at PPM Automotive and within the click of the fingers sorted the small issue with no hesitation, he fixed it there and then. Bill and his team were super helpful and friendly when I collected the car. Thank you!

The 2 guys than run PPM are absolutely brilliant, I've never been to a dealership before and instantly felt at home, they are fantastic at what they do and have clearly accumulated a lot of knowledge over the years. Since buying the Peugeot I have personally called and thanked them for the whole experience and the motor, you'd think it was brand new, really amazing condition. The presentation of the vehicle was spot on, they made a big deal out of it and made it exciting and not 1 bit stressful. Finally I have my dream car... The Subaru Impreza WRX STI, and it has not dissapointed me one bit! It is even better than I ever imagined it to be and cannot thank Bill enough for all of the help! He really looked after me and walked me through the transaction, he let me have my own space when viewing the car, but was so so knowledgeable when I was throwing questions at him. The car looked unbelievable in his show room, you can tell he really takes pride in his work as everything was so organised and professional, and that is reciprocated through the quality of cars. I don't think I will be needing another car as i now have my dream one, however, I would pass on recommendations to anyone to visit PPM as they are one in a million!!

Dealing with Bill has been better than dealing with any other salesman I have before. Even when buying brand new cars from the factory, I have never had service as good as this, he is the best of the best. From the very beginning he was totally honest about everything and laid everything out on the table. When viewing the GLE he let me take a look in my own time, but was there when I needed him or if I had a question. The car was immaculate I must add as well, it was in such a tidy condition. I cannot recommend Bill enough, and would happily shop with him again as he was just fantastic, and although the cars are second hand, they have that brand new quality.

So far so good, everything has been absolutely spot on with my Focus ST ever since driving it away from PPM. It is a mega car on the roads, and hasn't had any issues flag up, so all round very happy so far. Bill was a great guy to deal with, really chatty and easy to get on with and made everything really simple and streamline. I have no critiques for any part of the sale, and would happily shop with Bill again!

I recently bought an M4 comp from Bill in Milton Keynes, and I cannot fault him or the car one bit. He was was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and even after. I visited PPM a couple of weeks ago, viewed the car, took it for a little test drive, and got all the docs sorted. As easy and as simple as that.
