We've been using the pickup for work and we've toured with it, it's been fine. Communication from Joseph was great during the sale.

When I spend a lot of money on a car and have to travel far, I would have thought they would have at least picked me up from the airport but they didn't unfortunately. The car has been alright so far, no issues to report I dealt with Joseph on the day, who was good, no qualms, lovely fella.

The van is great. I haven't received my logbook yet though, and when I bought it I was told it had full service history but I was only given receipts and no service book. The customer service was ok, he was on his own but it did feel a bit rushed. The van is fine, that's the main thing.

The car is fabulous, although the speaker in the door card was dented and needs replacing but they are aware and are sorting it. The service there was brilliant, they really looked after me.

The cars available are top spec and well thought out and process for buying was simple and easy.

I'm enjoying the car, but they still haven't sent the V5 to me. The customer service was really good and I'd buy from there again.

The lights on the roof weren't working when I picked the car up and it took them hours to fix it which wasn't ideal. Everything else was fine, I just feel it should have been checked beforehand. I'd give them 4 stars - The showroom is well presented and I would buy from them again.

It's my third of fourth car I've bought from them, but I am having issues with the car I've bought most recently. I have been in touch with Roadstar and the car will be booked in to get sorted shortly. The customer service was fine too. I'd give them 4 stars.

The car is all good, can't complain. The staff were helpful on the day - they let me look around the car and test drive with no pressure.
