Would give a 4 rating. Very happy with the car but had a tyre sensor issue in first week of receiving car. My only other comment would be that I was asked to pay for a car, in full, that I hadn't seen, to boost month end figures. I felt very nervous about doing that & didn't pay till I collected. Appreciate sales are important to the business but it did make me feel a bit pressured.

My wife was looking for cars online when she came across 2 cars at MotorTrust. When we went to view them, we both got to test drive the car and decided on the Corsa in the end. We got to drive away the same day, which is exactly what we were looking for, and the documentation was straightforward.

Other than a slightly delayed wait time for me to receive my car and an issue with the battery, it was all good other than that, and now that the battery has been sorted, I have been enjoying the car and Callum at Motor trust was good as well.

Morgan at the dealership answered all the questions I had and gave me all the information that I needed, and the car I bought has been running well. I'd give it 5 out of 5.

I am very pleased with the Dacia Sandero Stepway. Ben was the salesman, and he was very helpful. All in all, a good experience.

Andy our sales manager was a pleasure to deal with. Very personable, very friendly & knowledgeable. He gave us all the time we needed to chose our vehicle, and made the difference over other motor traders we visited.

I bought a Peugeot 3008 Adblue Diesel 2019 plate in October 2025. Unfortunately it suffered some AdBlue system issues and I had to return the car. I arrange with them to swop for a different Model and went for the Plug in Hybrid Peugeot 3008. It was quite a stressful time but the customer service I received was fantastic. A special mention must go to Tom from the Garstang showroom who did all in his power to help me. The car I now have is great and I’m totally happy.

I cannot complain about Adam at all, he was a star! Really thorough, his communication was on point along with being so friendly. He reserved the car for me even though I couldn't make it up there for about a week as I live in Birmingham, this was so helpful as I'd been looking for this particular car for a while and it was the perfect spec & colour. Not long after purchase I did have a little issues but they couldn't of been more helpful, due to the distance I got this sorted locally and the reimbursement for this was in my back within a couple of days. I would say the only things I can think that they could do a little better going forward is the prep stage of the car, the only reason I say this is because my car had a few polish swirls and minor scratch's, that said it was a great experience and I would consider going back there in the future for the right car though - It is a distance away from me.
