They were really good with me at Nuneaton; there was an issue with the car which they got booked in straight away and managed to get it all sorted for me. I also found Charlotte to be really helpful; she gave me really good service.

Tim was very helpful, I have no overall complaints with the service, they were Brilliant. I do feel like the cleanliness of the interior could have been improved however the exterior was alright.

You know when you have a desire to get something that's why I got the Audi from Nuneaton and so far It’s going good. In my personal experience I did find that the precheck on the car could've been better as their was a couple of issues, which I believe could have been picked up earlier with a more detailed precheck, but the service from Tim was a clean and a nice process.
