I’m really happy with my Range Rover Evoque, and it has been absolutely fine. I chose it mainly because I liked the look of it, which was the main thing for me. We originally went looking at BMWs, but when we got there, I preferred the look of the Evoque instead. My husband found the car online, I think, just through Google. When we visited the dealership, they were really good and very helpful throughout. After getting the car, there was an issue with one of the indicator lights, but I took it back and they sorted it out really quickly, which I really appreciated. I believe Adam was the one who sold me the car, and he was great to deal with. I can’t quite remember the name of the person I dealt with when I went back. They have a great level of stock and plenty of different cars to choose from.

My experience was all brilliant. There were a few people I dealt with from Nuneaton, I believe it was Jak, Adam, Shaq from finance. They were they were all really good. They all worked together as a team. They were really helpful. They were patient. They, communicated really well, and always got in touch with me.

Christian, the person who served me, was super friendly and approachable. My BMW 2 series is running smoothly with no mechanical issues or electrical issues. The only thing was a few of the staff left, which caused a slight delay in getting the car, but overall I'd give it a solid four stars.

The Tesla is all good. Had a few issues which Nuneaton Car Sales sorted & gave me a refund. Not the dealers fault, the car is in perfect condition. I chose to buy from them due to the price and found the dealership staff very helpful.

Great service would use again

I wanted a Sportage so checked around a few websites, Nuneaton Car Sales had one for a good price with good mileage so decided to go with them. I had a few issues and they took the car back in and gave me a courtesy car. When I picked it up I noticed one of the trims still wasn't right. After calling them back they said you can take it to a local garage for a quote and they will cover the cost as Nuneaton is four hours away from me. That said Jacque who dealt with me on the day was helpful.

The Vauxhall Corsa the car is running fine. I’ve just had to take it to the garage a couple of times as there have been a couple of issues. When I brought the car, the screen was not working corner, the boot sensor kept going off, the rear window wiper wasn’t working and the TMPS was not working. These are mostly fixed but, but the rear washer is not working, the car play screen does not turn on automatically (you have to turn it on manually), the car switches off the car screen off every 10 minutes, and the car steering wheel controls are on working. Jacque was great he showed us a few cars, he showed us the Corsa and took us for a test drive. He spoke to us through everything well. The experience with Jacque was very good. I would award the 5 to dealership in isolation.

The experience was okay at Nuneaton Car Sales, I would have liked a bit more information from the salesman without having to ask for it, but other than that it was okay.

This isn’t the first time I’ve bought from Nuneaton Car Sales, I’ve had a couple of cars from the dealership now, and I can’t fault it. The whole experience was perfect again, and I’ve always found the service to be very good. I dealt with Ivan this time, and he was perfect, just like the last time as well. The level of customer service has been very good throughout. I prefer Japanese cars, as they are reliable, which is why I went with the Mazda 3 and have had no issues.

First electric car, it's really good, I’m loving it given the current climate. I’d done abit of research online and went over to see them. I hadn’t got a particular car in mind at that stage and what I really liked about them was they are a really done to earth dealer, no hard sell, no blag. We felt like we trusted them because that was a really important thing for us. Jacque was brilliant, really good communication. I’ve recommend people already, really impressed with them. I can't fault them at all.
