Unfortunately the car arrived in poor condition as the brakes were in bad condition, car vibrates heavily when going at speed and there was an issue with the suspension bushes. The car went back to get the issues sorted and although most of the issues were sorted, I'm not sure if the bushes were. I've not driven the car at speed yet to make sure everything is sorted. That being said, the team at Roadstar Automobiles Limited have responded well and handled the situation good.

I've had my BMW since July and so far it's going good, I'm really happy with it. 5 stars as the service from the dealership was all good and I had no problems.

Service was generally good but disappointed couldn't take for a test drive having driven over 200 miles to get there. Minimal fuel in - just enough to get to petrol station! Other than that overall good service from Paul

Everything seems fine with my new vehicle from the team at Roadstar, the only thing outstanding is the key for the side ladders. The service was fine as well during the sale, no problems there.

Had some issues with the battery so it was a few weeks after collection before I could really drive my new car, but so far everything is okay and I am happy with the service from the dealership.
