I came across the dealership on autotrader, I chose them as I was impressed with the great quality of images and the car was the spec and model I was after. I made a long journey up to the dealership to collect the car and when I arrived it was a simple process. There was no messing about, I got the car and off I went. I have been very pleased with it since purchase no problems at all.

The dealership is very impressive, everything is in organised immaculate condition with some very impressive vehicles. The whole transaction was done within around a hour and a half, it was straightforward and easy. The car I got I've been very pleased with had no issues. I did have to chase up more than once for some documentation which I was disappointed about. However I would still give them a 5 star rating as can't knock them for that.

Everything was as described and pictured as it was online, there was nothing misleading about the advert I had seen. While purchasing there was no pressure on the sale. The car was prepared and ready for when I wanted it. Had no problems at all with the service from Autolab, it was quick and easy. In regards to the Range Rover had no problems with it, all been fine.

Brilliant experience with Adam, I wasn't rushed and was allowed to take my time viewing and test driving the car. I have had no issues with the car itself it is great. Very pleased with it. I am still waiting for my warranty confirmation but Adam is chasing that and getting it sorted. He offered great communication during and after the sale. 5 out of 5!

I haven't had much use out of the Defender I got as of yet, but everything seems to be running okay. I dealt with Zed throughout the process, he was really helpful and went into depth about the car and it's specs. He was very knowledgeable and it gave me confidence to buy off someone who knew their stuff. I would recommend Autolab they are a good dealership.
