Was looking for a first car for daughter . She is learning, so the garage had a few options at the right kind of money. The cars are what they are for the money. Warranty is useful. couple of weeks in haven’t had to take it back yet . So can’t answer the question whether the garage is ok with faults.

I recently bought a car from Bells garage. A few days after buying it a part of the car literally dropped off whilst I was driving. Contacted garage who said as under warranty they would order part and replace. Chased garage two weeks later, told they would let me know eta the following day. Several days later ive still not heard anything. So they are friendly and cars are OK value - but slow if any issues once sale complete.

Hi Sharron I did leave you a voicemail not long after you called me recently to say you can't buy it separately as it's a small plastic handle key hole cover you have to buy it as a door handle complete so we need you to pop in to get the colour code off the car so we can order one! It's a common issue as the factory glue they used to fit them from new becomes weak as the car gets older and in extreme temperatures like we have had recently !they tend to come off ! Amazing experience. I had a slight issue, called Bells Garage, they got they got me down and fixed it immediate. They have been great. I don’t know the sales chaps name but the second we walked in to looking around he gave us a hand, took us for test drive and had very good knowledge of the car. Great service

There were a few issues with the car but I went back to them and although they put everything right for me, our holiday was delayed by a day which was annoying. The salesman has the gift of the gab, very courtesy, well mannered, lovely bloke. I would recommend this company.
