Beautiful car and great buyers experience. The car was 99% perfect but required a small push to get it to 100% of which the Catalina after care team were unbelievably quick, accommodating and friendly about resolving. From my initial conversation with Michael, my collection (from 3.5hours away) with John and then Hannah in the after care department, the whole ordeal was an absolute pleasure. Michael dealt with my purchase of a Focus ST3. He answered any questions and kept me updated through WhatsApp on when the car was going to be ready for collection. On collection everything was really fast and I was good to go in about 10 minutes after signing a few forms. Smooth experience. Would recommend and use again in the future
