The whole process with Concepts Car Credit was quick, which was what I was hoping for, although I’m used to different processes, so I was a bit taken aback by how quickly everything happened. I would’ve liked a little more detail and the chance to explore different options, as I did feel a little limited. At the same time, I got exactly what I wanted, and everything has worked out and my Seat Ibiza is a good little runaround.

So far, so good with the Nissan Qashqai. It’s smooth and I’m enjoying it. Everything at Concept was smooth as well. They sorted the payment, did the checks and did everything. I also really liked the salesman. I can’t remember his name, but he was a very good man. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Concept Car Credit were brilliant and definitely one of the best dealerships I’ve dealt with since having cars. They arranged to deliver the car, but a light came on as they were about to leave, so they took it back into the garage, checked it over and replaced the sensor. They then delivered it straight away the next day with no issues. They communicated with me so well and kept me up to date. Everything was easy from the start and I got the car really quickly.

Buying the car was quite quick. They showed me cars within my budget and let me sit in a few and test drive a few before I picked one. Once the finance was paid up, we were away the same day. I had some bits and bobs that needed doing on the car, but they’re going to sort it. I’ve got to give them a quote and then they’ll pay the invoice. They’ve probably been the most helpful dealer I’ve been to, to be fair.

The dealership sourced it for me, and everything with Concepts Car Credit was spot on. I dealt with Gaz, and I’d go back to them again in the future if I wanted a different car. I’ve already recommended them to others.

I actually came across Concept Car Credit on Facebook, where I saw an advert. I was looking for finance on a 7-seater family car when I saw the Citroën Grand C4. At first, I did have a few engine management lights come on, but Concept Car Credit is in the process of sorting that for me, so I’m quite happy. When I got in touch about the problems, I was given a number within seconds and they got me sorted pretty much straight away. Everything was good when I collected the car and the customer service was also good. I’d rate my experience four out of five. If the car didn't have these problems, it would definitely have been a five. Due to the fact I live quite far away from the dealership, it has been difficult to organise the repairs, but that is no fault of theirs. I'd definitely recommend Concept to people who live around the Manchester area.

I bought the Mercedes A-Class for my daughter and she’s enjoying it. Everything with the car is okay so far. My experience at Concepts Car Credit wasn’t too bad and I was happy with the customer service.

I had the Toyota aygo delivered to me and it was all as described when it arrived. The whole process was really good and really fast.

I’ve got no complaints. I didn’t have much hope that I would be accepted for the finance on the car, but I was, which I am happy about. A warning does pop up and then goes off again, which is the only problem I’ve had. Apart from that, everything has been perfect. I have already recommended it to a few people, including one of my friends.
