The Land Rover is really good, the customer service at Essex Prestige was really really good too. Naz anwsered all my questions five stars

This is my 5th car now I've had from Essex Prestige and they have been really good. Cars lovely and Naz who dealt with me was good stuff, I got on really well with him. They're bang on!

The Audi is going well. Essex Prestige had the exact car I was looking for, when I went to go pick it up the customer service was good, they were really good guys. The communication from them was really good too as I was not that local and they were working really well with me. No reason not to give it a five stars!

There was some problems but it is as expected with second hand vehicles, and in all fairness to the dealership they got on top of it right away and got most of it sorted, I am still waiting for one part to come in but again I don't mind at all. I am happy overall with both the van and the dealership and I would go back to them as well as recommend. Just because they took the issues on board and have fixed/ are working towards fixing them I will still give them a 5 rating.

The customer service was brilliant, everything was smooth and the car is amazing got no problems except for the radio issue but that's covered under warranty. I used to have a van because I was constructing properties but now, I'm just doing maintenance now so I don't need the van and can get something a little more practical to ferry the kids around. I just needed a basic pickup truck, but my cousin is into cars, and he recommended me to get something nice. The one Essex Prestige had was a great spec I thought it might be too much for me, but he twisted my arm into getting it, so I did haha. It was so nice not to be rushed, it was a lady that dealt with me and she was just brilliant. I'm not even exaggerating a 5 out of 5

My old S3 was costing too much money on fuel, I started working a lot further away, so I got myself diesel which is a lot cheaper on fuel. Essex Prestige had the specific car I was looking for, and they had this E Class in the spec, unfortunately the black one I liked too was sold. I had a little issue with the wipers; they started hitting each other and stopped working. but the warranty sorted all that out. Overall, the experience was good I didn't have any problems with them at all. I can’t remember who dealt with me, but he was pretty good too, I’d definitely buy another from them!

I was due a new car, so my friend referred me to Essex prestige which is where I got my Maserati from. I had to take it back due to a light coming on the dash but they took it back to replace a sensor and gave me a courtesy car. Naz who helped me was very polite and informative and made me feel no pressure throughout the process.

Everything is fine so far, I’ve got no issues with the car. My experience when I was down at the dealership is half-half I found a few scratches on the car however the staff were nice. I just wish they knew about all the details about the car when selling so I knew more about the car itself. Overall the car is ok, and I have good warranty with it but hopefully don't need to use it.
