I had been looking for a new car for a few weeks people constantly jumping on me a soon as I walked in didn't have any of that from Chris he was happy to let me have a good look at the car for as long as I needed wasn't pushy when I said I will have to have a think about it you can tell he is confident in the quality of the cars you are selling so if I didn't buy it then it wouldn't be long till someone else did makes a huge difference as a customer it gives you more confidence that you are getting a good quality car so ticked 3 big boxes good price, good trade in price and good sales team

I'd rate my experience a 5. This is because everything was explained to me in a way I'd understand as this was my first time dealing with getting finance on a car and everyone I spoke to was very patient with me when I was asking questions about the process. The only thing I could add really is that the patience that was shown to me is very much appreciated and it made me feel more knowledgeable about the entire process as a whole.

5. It was a straight forward deal with common sense customer service. The polestar is also a brilliant car to drive and has been very pleasing so far.
