The Citroen Relay is fine at the moment, to be honest, we’ve only put around 200 miles on it. To be honest, the guys at Hampshire vans have been really good. When we went to a couple of different places, they all turned out to be absolute nightmares. With Hampshire Vans they have been really helpful and really went out of their way to help out. They delivered the van to us, so I’m very pleased with that, to be honest. Ed was very good, he was really professional and really put the customer first, unlike the other places.

The Ford Fiesta Van has been great. I was looking for the right van, and Hampshire Vans were just outside the geographical area, but when I contacted them, Dan answered all the questions I had. He was very responsive and gave me exactly what I needed.

I'm quite happy with the Renault Master, there’s few small issues that I’ve had to fix after purchasing it. We are planning to buy a second van in next few months, so probably we're gonna come back to Hampshire vans because the service was great.

The Transit Custom has been fantastic! It's not my daily as I wanted something a bit more special, so I don’t put too many miles on it, but I absolutely love it. The customer service from Hampshire Vans has been second to none, they’ve been faultless. I’ve seen the van on a Wednesday, and on Friday it was delivered to me up in Yorkshire! Dec was amazing, he came back to me when I called up, sent me WhatsApp, walk around videos of the van, pointed out the issues and the van running. I was in the market for a new van for work. I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership before and shopped around before visiting Hampshire Vans. I had Fantastic service from Dec on initial visit. Dec was polite, attentive and was happy to answer any question I had. His service and professionalism swayed me to choose a van and went ahead. The vehicle was as described online and as the process went on I was kept up to date every step of the way from Dec and Ed which I must say reassured me I was in good hands. Everything’s fine at the moment with the van. It was my 1st time using them and found them really helpful from start to finish. There was a slight delay on delivery due to bank holiday but they updated me straight away. There was a chip in the windscreen that wasn’t pointed out but everything else was and they did a video and sent all the documents to me which made me feel confident to buy. With the help they gave I would consider them in the future.

My van perfectly fine. Its my second time using Hampshire Vans. The first time there was a issue that I had to fork out for and I feel their after sales needs improving but the staff do try and help. Ed and dec were perfect this time.. Quick process co collection and the van was perfect on collection.

I've bought two vans and about to buy a third. I like the straightforward way of dealing with them. I gave them a price I wanted to spend and what I wanted. They found what I wanted. Only issues are minor wear and tear items which you would expect on used van. Ed was a top notch guy. Absolutely brilliant, I can't fault them at all.
