The Audi Q3 is doing great. I drove past Kirkham and just thought wow that’s the car for me! The staff are so friendly and supportive, they were amazing. The place had a really friendly feel to it, they were happy and happy to do things for you, it was great!

It was word of mouth that made me choose Kirkham Part Exchange, quite a few people I know recommended them highly! Jamie who looked after me was really friendly, no stress no scams I just felt reassured, he’s a really nice man. Its not just about the sale, I had a tyre pressure warning come on after hitting a pothole and the garage man was like anytime you come past feel free to call in, he even showed me how to reset it myself there was just no bother. Its nice to know you’re not going to ring up and be fobbed off, you know they will come and sort things out for you.

No problems at all with the Volkswagen Scirocco. I was searching for cars online and Kirkham had the car I wanted at the right price. I checked previous MOT’s on Gov.uk and they were good, so I went for it. I was also impressed that they had their own garage on the side for repairs. Jay picked me up from the train station and knew what he was doing. It would have been a five but they had to re valet the seats, but Jay got that all sorted for me.

So far so good with the Hyundai from Kirkham PX Centre, they had quite a few cars on offer and they are relatively nearby to where I live so I gave them a go. I can’t remember the name of the salesman, but he was friendly and helpful.

I really like the Ford EcoSport that I bought from Kirkham, its great. I looked at their reputation online and they seemed good, so I went with them. The experience on the day was great, Jaime who dealt with me made everything straightforward and there was no messing with them.

Proximity took me to Kirkham, they are just across the road from my estate. The only thing I wasn’t happy about was the stains on the seats, they weren’t up to the standard I’d expect. Jamie who I dealt with on the day was alright, he wasn’t pushy and kept everything fairly straightforward. I would have gone a four if it wasn’t for the seats.

The Vauxhall has been fine so far, the 3-year warranty that was offered stood out to me most. Overall, the reputation is what influenced my decision on buying from Kirkham Part exchange.

The car was quite nice on the day I came to buy the car which I liked. I am noticing an issue with the engine light however, overall, I am mostly satisfied with my purchase.

Kirkham part exchange offered the right model, the price was alright and had the lowest mileage. They were friendly which I appreciated, it might have been a 5 if they replaced the rear wiper ahah
