The guys were super lovely and helpful. The finance company was being a bit of a nightmare, and if it wasn't for the dealership pushing it, it would not have been done in time, which I really appreciated.

National car hub were reasonably close to me and I’ve had issues with previous cars so wanted to buy from a dealer that if I had a major problem I could just go, help! The aftercare has been brilliant, I’ve had an issue with the car and they’ve gone out of their way to fix it, they even said If I had any other issues they would sort me a loaner car which makes a massive difference! While I was there the service was great, they all kept checking if I was alright or needed anything. Chris who I dealt with was amazing, nothing was too much for him, he organised my car to be valued as it was close to office closing time and then took me on the test drive after, he was on it! He also helped me out with the finance and worked really hard to help me with an email issue with the finance paperwork to ensure I didn’t have a delay in getting the car, they all worked amazingly to get it done.

100% recommend National Car Hub. Purchased a BMW X1 after looking on the NCH website. Can't remember the name of the salesman, but he was very helpful and professional, and I like the car very much.

There are a few little things I still need to email them about, like something loose by the glove box, but nothing major with the actual car. went for a test drive a couple of weeks before buying it, and on the day of purchase everything was straightforward. I paid the deposit, collected the keys, it all went well.

I was specifically looking for an Outlander. The experience with the dealership was really good from start to finish. Everything was very smooth and very quick, which made the whole process easy for me. Everything’s been absolutely fine so far. I’ve had no issues with the car at all and everything’s been great.

The Tesla Model Y has been excellent, it is my first electric car, and it is great to drive. The person who I dealt with when I went to view the car at NCH was good, he answered all my questions. Overall everything was really good.

NCH had the Mercedes I liked and I liked the condition so I went for a viewing. The service of the staff were really good especially Chris, he took me for a test drive and talked to me a lot about the car. I would have given a 5* if the finance had option was quicker. That said Chris also helped with preparation for my finance very patiently.

My new Volkswagen Scirocco has been sound, what stood out to me whilst at the dealership was everyone was really helpful throughout the entire process. Not bad word to say about them.

We were specifically looking on AutoTrader for the Mazda CX-3 when we came across the one advertised at National Car Hub. The Mazda has been pretty good so far, and the service was very good. Would recommend to others.
