Cars great. They were fairly local and they had the car I wanted that I saw on Auto trader. Staff were friendly and Junaid was really helpful. There was a slight lack of communication from signing to collection, three week period so wasn’t sure what was going on but it felt good to finally get the car. It was in a fairly good condition but missing a window button but I replaced that myself. I thought that they gave good explanation of how the process works around finance and other options.

Car is for daughter and it's going fine. We went to the dealership for the vehicle mainly and took the car for a couple of test drives. Staff were good, Wayne was really good. He got things sorted that we had noticed on the car. He was punctual and communicated well , just a pleasant guy who made the experience enjoyable. Process took about a week. Condition of the car was excellent and what we asked to be done was done.

Wayne was great, grand lad. Any questions I had he answered and he looked into the history of the car for me informing me it hasn’t had a gearbox service so Ill need to get that booked in for piece of mind. Everything on the day was great, the staff were very good, very helpful. I will definitely deal with them again.

For convenience I went over to North West Trace Centre to browse their cars. They had a good range in my price range. I saw the Mazda and agreed the sale. The first person I spoke to had absolutely no interest in helping me so I gave four stars but then I spoke to Adam. He was lovely, so helpful and answered my questions, got the key and showed me round the car. He checked an engine light for me but turned out it was a cheap fix for me so I did it myself, it wasn’t worthy of a complaint. It was my first car so he talked me through all my insurance, he was wonderful.

The BMW 3 series I got from North West Trade Centre is great I’ve had no issues, I took it to a BMW specialist and they said everything is fine, they were all really friendly down at the dealership my experience was brilliant any Wayne was lovely!

North West Trade Centre are local to me and I was after a small diesel auto which there weren’t many of at the time. Staff were really good. I dealt with Jack and he was excellent. he wasn’t pushy, gave us the info we needed, set up the test drive and followed up with us. Collection was a few weeks as the car needed some work. Post sale wasn’t great sales but sales was hence the score.

Cars running good, smooth. Service was excellent. everything was good. Jack was really nice. I will be recommending.
