I must admit I was nervous approaching Oakwood and scared of being exploited due to my soft nature. I needn’t of worried as my assistant Olivia Hall tried her best to get me a low finance rate aswell as catering for my every need buying a car. The car was serviced with a full Mot and full Valet including half a tank of fuel. Plus Warranty. What more do you need buying a used car. They even deliver to your door if requested. So happy with my purchase. Thankyou

Can I start by say we had an issue with the car but was sorted out very quickly but I was starting to be one of those customers that started to find faults with everything after these guys advising me to seek and independent garage diagnostic and at cost to me. I took it to a main dealer which gave the car a full diagnostics check and a Health check which they said the Car is totally fine and in great order. Would definitely highly recommend Michael was helpful and understanding. Thank you again well worth the 12hrs round trip 😊😊

Oakwood motor company are the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. love the car but the car we sold to them hadn’t had the details changed so five weeks after we bought our car we got a fine from the sold car for her husband parking in Scotland and we haven’t been to Scotland. I’ve been ringing and emailing them. We tried ringing them. Spoke to the manager who said he would sort it all out and ring me back but never rang me back. Don’t respond to emails absolutely disgusting.
Now it seems they have blocked me.
I’m disabled and currently having to fight the bailiffs over this.
If the garage had rung the new owner of our old car, all of this could’ve been sorted out, but they just would not do anything at all.
I would never ever recommend this car company.

Great experience from start to finish,looked after by Rob and Dean.
Got the car I wanted at a price I couldn’t grumble about,helpful quick and very efficient.
Would recommend and use again myself in the future .

Olivia was really helpful, knowledgeable and professional in helping us to purchase the car we wanted. She was available to communicate with via their sms service which is very useful to have. The shop is very busy though and the staff are working hard to get to all the customers. The store is also not big enough for all the cars leading to potentially long wait times for them to be dropped off from another site.
