Fantastic service

I rang Alex saying i was interested in a car he had put up on Autotrader, he was able to offer me lots of information on the car which filled me with confidence, i booked a train ticket from London to Newport for the next day with which Alex kindly offered to pick me up from the station. From the moment i met him i could tell he was a very straight forward bloke. He made me feel at home at the shop and was able to provide an answer for every question and query i had. Himself and Martyn made everything very easy and smooth. Would happily make another trip to Cwmbran to deal with those two guys again. Fantastic customer service and a real pleasure to meet.

We can only echo all the other reviews comments, we bought this superb Forester XT with 55k on the clock.in Aug 19 The underneath and engine bay were so clean you could only think it must have just rolled off the production line. The car nearly 2 years later has not missed a beat and still looks stunning. Russ is one of lifes gentlemen and a pleasure to know.

I waited 4 months for my cross sports, the last month because of the DVLA and COVID 19. Well worth the wait. Can’t recommend Russ and Quay Vehicle Solutions enough. I had been researching the various importers of JDM Subaru’s for some time and after speaking to them none were as impressive and friendly as Russ and Alex at Quay. Russ has incredible in depth knowledge about his cars and guided me in the best choice of his stock . I cannot recommend these guys highly enough . Their cars exceed their descriptions . Being old school I invested the time to drive down to Wales to see the car , it was even better than described and what I had been searching for for years . Took delivery today of a Impreza wagon from Quay Vehicle Solutions that I dealt with over the phone with Russ and must say car is absolutely amazing condition, great communication even recommended transport company to ale car over to Ireland
