I'm really happy with my purchase. I would rate it a 4 Out of 5 only as tyres have cracks and the dpf needs replacing but it is a second hand vehicle so it is expected. But paying vat was not on advert however the truck is lovely and I'm really pleased with it and I would recommend you to other people

All was good I can not say anything was wrong. The customer service was alright. It was all good five stars.

No problems, so far so good. They changed the battery for me and the back door didn’t lock and they fixed it there and then. customer service was good no complaints very helpful I picked it up and drove it away on the same day. They were very accommodating on the test drives too.

The Toyota is perfect, I am having some problems with the fancy alarm system but that is not the dealer’s fault. Naz is coming out to help me further with this. I can’t thank him enough for everything he has done. Naz jumped on all my problems for me. excellent customer service!

I would return to Samys Car Sales the customer service was good. he is abit hard to have a deal with but you can’t give perfect marks aha! I was looking through Autotrader and I found the Toyota I wanted. Four stars 😊

The Vauxhall is all good, the customer service was alright there was someone who was a little rude but there was also a younger lad there and he was really good. I wanted it asap and it was a fast-buying process.

I can’t fault the customer service so five stars, Samy was good he made the purchase smooth for me. The Mercedes is all good too. 😊

The Mitsubishi is running fine, it is still parked in my garden aha. Samy's customer service was very good he answered all my questions. Five stars.
