My experience with Switch car group was great. Chris was very helpful, he even responded to my messages late in the evening, I’ve got nothing but praise for the fella! Everything was smooth and went off without a hitch, I’d definitely recommend them!

I was looking for a specific spec and found the car I wanted at Switch Car Group. We had to drive it back from Liverpool but there was a problem and the dealership seem to be getting it sorted where I live. I would 100% recommend them. Lee was brilliant, superb. I couldn't ask for anything better to be fair. Nice and quick process. Everything they said was true. The car was a 100%. They sent me video of car running, went through everything inside the car, through the service history, the whole lot.

Everything’s going, well. I’m pleased with the car I chose. The dealers location was one of the reasons I went there aswell as their reviews online which are excellent. The dealerships service was great. I dealt with Josh and Chris, they were both really helpful. Would return in the future. Placed a deposit to reserve and collected few days later. Getting brand new keys and a service was reassuring. I didn’t feel pressure to buy and they were knowledgeable about the cars giving me balanced advice on the cars I was considering. I would return in the future, nothing intimidating in my experience, everybody was dead friendly.

Everything was perfect with Switch Car Group. I was looking for an automatic for my first car and they had just what I was looking for. Chris looked after everything for me and even as a first time buying a car he just made it really quick and easy, I’d 100% Recommend 😊

The dealership have been really nice. I have some niggles I need to speak to them about but nothing negative to say. I didn’t have any issues on the day, it was all perfect, everything was really quick.

Its great, enjoying my new Honda Jazz. I was told it had recent service but under the bonnet it had dry leaves and cobwebs so looked like it hadn’t been touched but other than that, its fine. I got my other car from here when it was Wavertree and I was pleased with service then and its near to me. I’d looked everywhere and it was the best choice of cars for what I wanted. Customer service hasn’t changed. I phoned up, had a test drive and collected few days later. Smooth handover. I would go back in future.

Mini is fine that I bought. My experience was great, they looked after me. One negative, no charging lead but Lee said he will sort me one out. Before I went I knew what I wanted and got it. I would go back. The lads were all good and lady who dealt with the finance, she was great aswell.

They were good to deal with, I’ve no issues dealing with them again. Just waiting for the log book to arrive and tracking out on the car so had to pay for that to be done which didn’t expect to have to do. Nice guys, got car out for us. They have a lot of stock, car was well presented. They weren’t pushy, let us go out on a test drive on our own which was really good. I would potentially go back if I needed to. Positive experience, dead friendly, gave us options of finance.

it was really good on the day, really happy with the car. They had the particular one we were looking for so went to see it. They were dead easy going, didn’t feel any pressure. Helpful and on the day of collection, they went through everything with us.
