Everything at A & A Car Sales went great, they are definitely a good, trustworthy dealership and the car hasn't had a single fault, I'm very happy with how everything went.
Called to ask if a car was in stock night before, and was told that it was. Asked for a call if it goes as had a long drive to view the car, which was promised. Arrived after driving for over an hour to be told 'the car was sold last night'. Total waste of my whole morning driving to A & A Car Sales.
On the day the service was good at A & A Car Sales, They were very forthcoming in making sure I was taken care of. The after sales was the part that let them down. I've been discovering problems that weren't disclosed at the point of sale which I've had to deal with myself. More transparency where the car was concerned would have been appreciated. Overall I wouldt recommend A & A Car Sales

The man I dealt with initially during the sales process was good, The person I was handed over to post sale when I called about issues with the car was not so friendly or helpful and I found the dealership hard to get hold of at times. to sum up pre sale was great but after sale wasn't. Im not sure I could say that I would recommend this car dealer.

These guys were professional and efficient. They did slightly misrepresented the family car I bought. The year of first registration was wrong on the add and it did not have a full service history as claimed. However I knew that when I bought it as I did background checks. After a full safety check and service by my trusted local garage it cost around 400 pounds for new front wheel bearings and suspension components, this was highlighted in previous MOT advisories so again, this info was available before purchase. The car is now roadworthy and I am using it everyday. I probably paid above market value but it was really the only suitable car within 50 miles at the time I bought it so I am not complaining. Overall I would say A and A performed exactly as I would expect a used car dealer to perform. Do as I did and do a full check online and make sure you keep money aside in your budget to make the car roadworthy after you have bought it.
As Tracie said. Avoid it like a dirty plague. Bought the car in November and so far.....new head gasket! Fuses replaced and now the boot won't open.
I had no problems with A & A Car Sales. I purchased my car last month and so far its going good. As a used car dealer they were fine with me.

Avoid avoid avoid. We got a 5 seater from them and after driving it away the problems soon started!!! What was worse was when we went to complain we over heard a couple talking to the manager about a car they had brought that they had engine trouble and every other car they had tried had a engine or exhaust light on. I would definitely avoid this place.
