Purchased a Hyundai Kona. Macclesfield Hyundai exceeded my expectations, a non stressing purchase, very easy going.

I had to visit ALM Macclesfield with my I20 which had a problem with the rear centre seat belt sticking when the rear seat had been folded down. We were looked after by Louise and Charlotte while the problem was sorted with cappuccinos on comfortable seats in the waiting area and we were kept up-to-date with progress until Louise was able to tell us they were having to order a new seat belt under warranty and a date to bring the car back was agreed. We have used this dealership for a number of years and have always found them most friendly and helpful. Oh, and they even cleaned our rather dirty car! Very good service.

Went to ALM Garages this morning. Car was £6240. Josh offered me low price on mine (£400 lower than I had already been offered). I said no thank you. I had already been there 40 mins cos he kept excusing himself and going away. I got up to leave and there was no thank you for considering Hyundai etc. He just sat there. No response from him at all. Just sat like a petulant child. About 4 minutes later I got call from Sales Manager. Somebody must have told him it did not go well. He kept interrupting me when I was trying to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to Josh. He was not and get his side of story - but never asked for my side of story not interested. Offered to reduce price of car. I was not interested cos he did not want my side of story and gave me no confidence in any future sales service. . Very unprofessional and even the Manager who said he was concerned was not interested in what I had to say. He thought price reduction would solve the problem - It didn't.
