What a great experience we had from Serkan and his cousin at A & S Motors who were busy cleaning a car when we arrived. We looked at the car we had seen on the website and that Serkan had held for us (with no holding fee!!) until the roads were clear of snow and we were able to travel to Manchester from Chesterfield, Derbyshire. The trip was well worth making, their friendliness, efficiency, expertise and the fact that they did not push any vehicle onto us was a great relief. Having visited some of the larger car supermarkets over the years where they send you a video of what they call 'YOUR' car is a massive 'put off' for us especially when we had only sat in a car to see how much room there is!! However, we test drove the car at A & S Motors, taxed and paid for it all on line with Serkan showing us what to do, insured it over the phone and drove it home, couldn't have been easier. Although the 'write up' said Leather upholstery and Cruise control, which it didn't have, Serkan knocked money off the price to allow for the fact that the car did not have either. He informed us that should we need tyres or anything for the car in the future he would be able to get what we needed at a good price and delivered to us. We have both been driving for many years and have never been to a car sales establishment and been able to drive the car home straight away, fully taxed, insured and with a current MOT. We are extremely pleased with our purchase and both Serkan and his cousin's CARING natures. We were not treated as 'just another customer' and we would strongly recommend going there or at least phoning when you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle.
