I bought my jag from Abbey Court Car Sales, no problems good service, will buy again from them,

I drove from London to buy a car from these guys, bottom line is they sold me a heap of junk for top money, got the car back to London the car was checked by manufacturer to be told i now have a £2500 bill. abbey court refused to pay for the repair. Avoid like the plague.

The garage phoned me to visit and look at the car that I wanted. It took me 2 hours to get to Abbey Court Car Sales, they had my phone number and didn't inform that they sold the car. Very rude staff.

Just got a mx5 from Abbey Court, the car is cheap but ok really pleased with the service and the cars great! Would recommend abbey court and will definitely buy my new convertible from them.

As a past car sales person with years of experience, I have never come across anyone so rude as a member of their staff. When I asked to take the car for a test drive his response was "Yes, but only if you're going to buy it, it's a total waste of our time if not". In addition to this he commented that he would be going home by now if we weren’t there (even though we arrived at 5.15pm and they don’t close until 6pm after a 1 1/2 hour commute to view the car. At every point, I had to chase info on the car – info which should have been provided as standard to close the sale. Basically; if you want good customer service and to be treated like a customer rather than an inconvenience don’t bother going here. In the end, I couldn't even buy the car after confirming the deal with the owner as when I rang back to place a deposit down (20 mins after confirmation) I was told it was sold.

Purchased a Toyota Land Crusier LC5 from Abbey Car sales. Excellent mechanically and bodywork. Priced very well compared to similar dealers. Required a good Toyota full service but you would expect that for an 11 year old car. Salesman (Ciaren) was excellent- no pressure. All in all a very good car dealer.

Very professional and polite staff. Pleasure to buy a car from them!

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF TIME!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE TIME ON THIS CAR DEALERSHIP RUDE, PATRONIZING UN PROFESSIONAL. WILL 100% REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS AS CAR WAS ADVERTISED AS MINT CONDITION BUT ACTUALLY JUST A TIN SHED. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WASTE MONEY!!!!!!

We travelled for two and a half hours on the train to Derby to view a car described as having bodywork in excellent condition. The rear of the car had obviously taken a hit at some point as the edges were protruding from the body and one of the light clusters was cracked. The salesman claimed they had not noticed which I find hard to believe. But at least they were friendly and called a taxi for us. But it was a needlessly wasted day and cost over £100 in travel expenses. Not impressed and couldn't recommend Abbey Court to anyone.
