Five stars out of five. At first we were apprehensive to travel for a car after viewing several misdescribed locally. The description I received over the phone was 100% accurate. Still has manufacturers warranty which is great!
Wow what lovely people AC Magnet Cars are and so friendly, you could browse the cars without them being in your face but you know they are only too happy to help, and so patient when i couldn't quite make up my mind, then they held it for me until i could sort my finances out. I am so happy with my new car, it is wonderful. I would really recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you to you all, keep up the good work. Julie
Called into AC Magnet Cars today with my friend to look for a car. We had a look round at the cars and saw one I was interested in. We waited for someone to come out of the office to talk to us or just acknowledge us, but nothing. We waited and waited but still nothing. Don't know if it was because it was two women looking, but we got in my car and started to drive away and stopped in front of the office window and still no acknowledgement. If that's that's the way the treat customers I am surprised they sell any cars. Very disappointed.

Firstly we strongly object to your defamatory suggestion that we ignored you 'because it was two women' and certainly would never discriminate in such a way. However we would like to apologise that you have felt the need to write such a negative, and personal, review about our business. We pride ourselves on our no pressure approach to sales and always allow people to look around the site in their own time with our door always open. This approach has been welcomed by our customers as reflected in our many previous positive reviews. If you would like to return to our garage and pop into our friendly office when you're ready, we'd always be happy to help.
Very disappointed with customer service received when visiting to test drive and potentially buy a car worth £6000. I was told by the owner “ you’ve timed this a bit late haven’t you “ Where is his customer service to a new customer , and obviously not really interested in a potential sale from a new customer either - I was greeted with a ‘ I’m going home I’m afraid’ attitude and was told maybe you can come back another day even after I had mentioned I had dropped by especially with my elderly mother and six month old baby who were with me in the back of my car - terrible customer service

We very sorry to hear you were left disappointed with your visit to us. Unfortunately you arrived at around 5pm just as we were closing which is our regular closing time as stated. We usually wouldn't hesitate to stay later but on that particular day we had important pre arranged business commitments. As a small business this can sometimes be the case and it is always best to call ahead to arrange viewing or test drive to avoid disappointment. On the day of your visit the weather was poor and the main road on which we are positioned was particularly busy, taking this, your elderly mother and six month old baby into consideration we suggested arranging another suitable day for a visit as the best outcome for all concerned. We value all our customers, new and old and have done over many years as exemplified in our previous positive reviews. Once again please accept our apology and we would be more than happy to see you again in the future.

Charlie cat AC Magnet Cars couldn't have been more helpful. I like the fact that we were not greeted by a pushy salesman but after all the facts and a test drive we were left to make our own decision.. We returned after the sale to sort a battery for the fob and he explained more of the control panel to me.I would buy again from this garage. Well done for customer service.
