I am have been trying to view cars from this car sales company. I have sent message after message with no response at all. I will have to my money elsewhere.

They sold me a 66 x-trail with a loose timing chain and no recent service even though tgey told me it had been. They oringinaly fixed the timing chain but after that it then went into limp mode with mulitple faukts resulting in £3,500 of damage. When i phoned them up to let them no the situation i got a load of abbuse and was told he doesnt care about the problems its causing me. Shicking service and would advise everybody to stay away atball costs. I ahev the car 3 minths and its been in the garage for most of that time.

What a strange version of events. This customer has had very good service. Car sold fully on finance with full mot and service, extended warranty included and delivered to Gloucester at cost(200 miles away). Customer felt the car developed a noise on start up, contacted us. Car was taken to a local garage in Gloucester, Garage said it needed new timing chain and oil pump, took there word for it and we paid the bill £1600.(the car sounded ok with us at MOT and service before delivery). Customer was very satisfied, so satisfied that I will put a great review on your garage are fantastic.Never happened. Customer has now had the vehicle for over 3 months, repair was done in the first 2 weeks. Weeks later got a call saying a warning light had come on the dash, I told him to take it back to the garage who done the repair. Heard nothing since last night(multiple weeks later again), got 7 phone calls one after the other in quick succession at 6.30pm( anybody who does that are being aggressive). I was outside and got back to the phone, asked what the issue was, it was about if we had received an email. Told him no we had not,I then basically got told off for 5 minutes. Very demanding customer who has barely got a penny out on the car.Often the case with finance customers they don't want to accept any responsibility for their car,they think it is a rental car. I told him to go through the extended warranty that we paid for him to have for any repairs and if he need help with the warranty company contact us so we could help the process along in the future. Often the case people get stuff for free and they don't appreciate it. This customer will do nothing to help his own situation,just wants to feel sorry for himself and take it out on other people. I will not enter any further correspondence on this forum as it is non productive and unprofessional.

I like how you're saying it's unprofessional to correspond on hear but uts nit unprofessional to give a customer abuse Iver the ozone about the problems he's been going through. I have not been satisfied with your service at all. I phone within the opening hours your website says. If you think its acceptable to speak to People like you did and sell them a car that needs £5,500 of repairs in the 1st 3 months. Reading through the reviews it seem like youre selling a lot of dodgy cars to people without doing the correct checks and service. The garage that you sent me to also confirmed the car had not had a service In a long time. So you can lie o hear and to yourself as much as you like but myself and many other customers no the truth about you and your company. Hope you sleep well at night knowing you're ripping of families.

Just spoke to Handler Protect, who you have a 18 month extended warranty that covers you for £10499 of claims over 18 months. We pay for that warranty on all of our cars at massive expense. You said they knocked your claim back over the last month and its impossible to claim on the warranty as you don't have proof of last service (false as we have a copy that is easily obtained if you don't already have it and you also have a copy of the service we paid for when the oil pump and timing chain was replaced in Gloucester at our expense under our warranty). Just spoken to our point of contact(Darren-senior manager) at Handler Protect who has confirmed that you have not made any contact with them apart from one call weeks ago to say the car was in limp mode. No further correspondence at all. No proof given to us or them either that the vehicle is in limp mode, no quotes, no garage correspondence, Nothing. These are facts as they log all phone calls and quotes per company policy. Handler Protect are ready to assist with a claim if there is one. You do nothing to help yourself. You want to blame everybody for everything. Why don't you blame Ace Motor Vehicles for the price of bread in Gloucester while your at it. Stop trying to back heel the car, people are there to help if it is needed.

Yes I contacted them and they want recent service history. The car has over 100k on the clock and has two recorded services. After finding that you lied to me and never sold me the car with a fresh service that wasn't recorded in the service book I know longer wanted anything to do with the car as more problems will more than likely occur. The fact you delivered the car the distance you did with a faulty timing chain never done the car any good. The mechanics you referred me to confirmed this, the filter they changed had not been changed in years which it should of been on a basic service. I suggest you get in touch with your mechanics as they are clearly not doing the jobs you request and it seems many other customers have had the same issues with yoyr dealership. Also after the abuse I received on the phone from you yesterday has made me nit want anything to do with the car. You don't deserve my custom just o that basis. Nobody deserves to e spoken to like that. You said you didn't care my girlfriend is pregnant you don't care of the stress this whole situation is putting on me and you don't care about my mental health issues. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting behavior. All beacuse I phone you 10 mins before you close. If you want to resolve this matter in a civilised manner you have my contact number. But I no longer want this vehicle I don't want it fixed I refuse to go down the warranty route after the abuse you've given me. The whole situation is completely wrong.

All of this correspondence will be passed on to the finance company when you attempt to reject the vehicle. It is now obvious that there is nothing wrong with the car.You just do not want the car or pay the finance repayments. hence the lack of evidence for your recent claims of thousands needing spent on the vehicle. We have itemized proof to the penny on invoice from the independent garage that the service took place along with the MOT before you received the vehicle. The garage who carried out the timing chain replacement in Gloucester never mentioned that the car had not been serviced or the filter was old. It is yet another lie from yourself. We thankfully don't have this issue with many customers. You didn't just ring last night, it was phone harassment that likely would not have ended all night if I didn't take the call. Frankly you are full of lies. I refuse to get the pity party act of mental health issues or the fact your partner is pregnant for the 5th time foisted onto me. Again we cant be blamed for either. You just do not want the car or want to pay for it. I do not want to speak to you directly anymore. Go through your finance company(we sold the car to the finance company, who you owe).

You clearly do have these issues with your customers as 99% of the revies on here are all 1 star with all tbe same problems, and the faults are not made up I have the estimate from the garage for the work required and the lights that come on the dash don't lie. You go on about professionalism but have shown none on this thread. You're clearly indenial I will also be forcing on these messages to the finance company showing your lack of professionalism and the recording of the phone call we had last night. I am well within my rights to return the faulty car the fact you're trying to make it as difficult as possible says alot about yourself and the company you represent

After buying a qashqui, I found it was too big and expensive to run, they changed it for a meriva. Unfortunately it has an oil leak and had been in a rear crash which wasn't declared. Now won't answer emails, except to say car passed mot with no issues apart from front tyre's

You inspected both the Qashqai and the Meriva, you opted for the Qashqai.Then a few days later opted for the Meriva because it was automatic. We agreed to swap the vehicle which we weren't under any obligation to do. The car does not have a major oil leak and has not been involved in a rear end crash at all. The car was MOT'd and serviced prior to being delivered to your address. We have responded to your email.

Bought an 09 ford Ka off this company 7 months ago told all repairs done on MOT but had Ka in garage a fortnight ago and rear axle completely rotten and falling off it was supposed to have been fixed when they did MOT also said exhaust had been fixed but no new parts on and still leaking rang them last week to try and arrange some sort of repair with them which I was willing to pay part of the cost but all I got was you've had it 7 months nothing to do with us now and put phone down on me so now leaving me no choice but trading standards

Dear Sir, You bought your Ford Ka from us in November 2022. The vehicle was sold with 12 month mot, carried out by a DVSA registered third party MOT garage. The vehicle passed MOT with no advisories, and was therefore roadworthy at point of sale. We have not heard from you since November 2022 , and you have at no point in the last 9 months complained about this vehicle. We cannot therefore be held liable for any problem arising with the vehicle 9 months after purchase. The car is 14 years old, and some wear and tear is to be expected. Trading Standards will confirm the above.

We recently purchased a Nissan qashqai 2013 from ace motors. The garage put the car through a MOT and a full service there where some issues with the car and ace motors sorted every single problem out and made sure it was perfect for us to drive away we absolutely love the car and already we have recommended ace motors to our friends and family absolutely brilliant service I will be buying again in the future.

Bought a volvo v50 from this dealer after 83 Miles went into limp mode ,diagnostic requested by dealer showed multiple faults mainly fuel related .dealer insisted it was battery and alternator these were changed, still in limp mode ,dealer then kicked off a bout having changed battery and alternator! dealer then refused to take car back after 3 months the finance company stepped in as he wasn't replying to any emails or phone calls ! Car is now property of finance company and I assume dealer will face court action only reason a y stars is because review page won't except no star

Sent a message via Motors. Co.uk and on their website with regards to a car they had for sale. Got response that can't value my trade in as can't verify my Registration after a week. Funny thing is sent them a screen shot of Dvla website showing my car does exist and get radio silence. 2 weeks elapsed now since first contact, time to look elsewhere I think. Based on other reviews maybe dodged a bullet
