I would rate the experience as a 5. The gentleman I dealt with was excellent and extremely helpful. The process to getting the air conditioning working was easy and flawless. The car was presented clean and tidy on both occasions, and the car has performed perfectly. Process initially was really easy, staff were fine. I had some issues with the car afterwards but they gave me a courtesy car whilst they fixed it. I’d think they could improve their communication at this point but the process was quite easy to buy the car.

Between myself and my now retired father we have over 60 years motor trade experience. My father having been at Bentley Motors for 25 years and myself working for Ford and BMW. I have since run a family business for 20 years selling in excess of 5000 vehicles.
