I can't fault, the staff were all really friendly and provided good service, I did have to wait a week while they sorted some things out on the vehicle, and I did feel I had to chase twice to get an update. However I am really pleased with the car and when I came to pick it up it was all prepared and cleaned for me, which was appreciated.

The staff were great, they were really helpful with any of my queries and answered any questions I had. I wasn't waiting around, the whole experience went quickly, the car was cleaned on the inside, there was a bit of bird poo on the outside of the vehicle however my dad was more than happy to give the car a clean for me! All in all I'd say it's been a positive experience.

Not one complaint, from start to finish it was a really easy process, staff were great, the vehicle I got is great not any issues. Honestly a really quick turnaround and no pressure or pushiness from anyone, I am obviously giving them a 5 out of 5!

Having purchased a Ford Focus from Advantage Vehicles at the start of July, the car has been good other than a slight problem which I have contacted them about. They are getting me booked in soon to have it resolved. The service at the dealership when I was buying the car was all good.
