The service was magnificent by Advantage Vehicles, I did phone the sales garage the day after I bought my VW Passat because I had a question, they were really helpful and explained to me me that if I had any issues and it was not covered by the warranty they would sort this out for me. I thought this was really nice of them and I felt they were going above and beyond to help me.

I am really happy with my Citroen Dispatch, it is perfect for what I need, I just wish I had bought one this size to start with. Things at Advantage Vehicles Ltd was really straight forward, very friendly, no complaints at all I was well happy with how they dealt with everything for me, they managed to turn the MOT round in 2 days and put any niggles that came up on this right for me,

I rang Advantage after seeing a BMW advertised online and got booked in quickly for a test drive. It was mint to drive and I knew it was the car for me. Tom was class a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for everything, top dealership!

I bought the Suzuki Swift for my son but since buying we have only been out in it a few times, it took him a while to get use to the clutch, but now he's figured it out he is thrilled to bits with it. We looked at a few dealers around the North of England, one was in Birmingham but we could not find them on google maps however we found that Advantage was super easy to find. We watched a video online of the dealership and the way that came across was really good and filled us with confidence. With me been busy at work to be able to communicate with Tom on Whats app was ideal, we had a little agreement on the price and away we went. The rest is history and I have one very happy son!

I really like my Kia Sportage, I had a slight issue with it but when I made Advantage aware of this they were on the ball and sorted this very quickly for me. I dealt with a person called Tom and he was fantastic, he jumped through hoops to help me to source the finance for my new car. We went 3 times in one day and they let me test drive anything I wanted to, nothing was too much trouble. He was really, really good, his communication was exceptional - he even went out of his way messaging my husband at 9pm one Sunday night after taking his son to football, just to keep me updated with the process, he always took ownership of everything and came back to me sharpish on any queries I had.

I arranged to go and have a look at the selection of cars they had available, I took my Ford Fiesta for a test drive and fell in love, I signed the paper work and got the keys. It was a very speedy service from Simon and the lads from Advantage Vehicles.

I bought a Ford Fiesta from Advantage for my daughter and she loves it. It is a very clean car, beautiful colour, nice low mileage and it runs really well. I have been driving it myself so can confirm first hand its a great little runner. Simon was very professional, I work in the motor trade myself so I know a good service when I see one and he certainly did us salesmen justice.
