The whole process was brilliant, from viewing the car to receiving the log book just a week after the purchase. The last time I bought a car from a different dealership, I had to wait seven weeks. It was really nice to go somewhere where they were efficient and helpful. It would most definitely be a five-star experience.

The customer service was perfect on the day of the purchase, and the aftersales support has been good. They have booked me in for next Tuesday to address a small issue I’ve had.

The Vauxhall Adam is for my daughter. She previously had one, but this is the newer model, and she is really enjoying it. She has done a good number of miles so far. Overall, the experience at the dealership was good, they were courteous and answered any questions we had. The only thing that stopped it from being a five-star experience is that we requested both the front and rear wiper blades be fixed, but only the front was done.

4.5 Very good experience, friendly and helpful staff, no pressure when viewing and test driving the vehicle. Would have been 5 if we had received confirmation that the cash transfer had been received.
Overall a smooth and easy process, We would certainly recommend your garage to friends and relatives

The car has been okay. There are a few issues, the brakes are squeaking, there is no spare tyre, and there were no foot mats, which I am a bit disappointed about. However, I would still give them 5 stars as the person I spoke to at the dealership was brilliant and helpful.

The Fiat 500 has been okay. The only small issue is that the petrol cap does not seem to lock, but the staff were very friendly and got everything sorted quickly.

Called Advantage @ 10:30 on a Saturday morning on the off chance. After traveling from Wales . After having very bad service from another dealer. To ask if it was possible to view one of Avantage vehicles. Spoke to Andy ge was greatly invited me and my wife down.lokked after us Great. We purchased a Hiundai i10. What a lovely car presented very very well. And with only 8000 miles on it. Great value for money !!!
